Location : Kempas, Johor Bahru
Job Responsibilities :
- Attend to customer inquiries regarding logistics, shipping, and delivery timelines.
- Manage and track customer booking orders, ensuring proper confirmation and documentation.
- Coordinate and follow up on container pick-up and delivery schedules to ensure timely logistics operations.
- Work closely with internal teams such as warehouse, transport, and operations to support smooth order fulfillment.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of documents required for customs clearance.
- Generate and maintain shipment reports, delivery notes, and other related logistics records.

Job Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Communication or related field.
- Have 1–2 years of working experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft
