Job Description
We are looking for suitably professionals to join our corporate secretarial division as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in carrying out all aspects of the company secretarial function;
- Manage a portfolio of clients;
- Undertake preparation resolutions and documents for lodgement to the relevant authorities;
- Update and maintain all relevant statutory records and documents for clients;
- Well versed in Companies Act 2016, Companies Commission of Malaysia’s requirements,
- Monitor and comply with submission deadlines;
Requirements :
- Bachelor of Corporate Administration / Business Studies / Accountancy or ICSA graduates or equivalent qualification;
- FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply;
- Good knowledge of the Companies Act;
- Good inter-personal and communication skills;
- Proactive, independent and meticulous;
- Able to work independently with strong sense of integrity and decorum;
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Strong command of English language and business writing skills;
- Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
