- At least 1 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice
- Conversant with the requirements and provisions of the Companies Act 2016
- Proficiency is MS Office Application and SSM online platforms (MYCOID, MBRS, SSM4U, E-BOS)
- Support the Secretarial Team in Company secretary functions
- To manage a portfolio of clients with minimum supervision
- Proper maintenance of statutory records and lodgment of statutory forms at SSM
- Responsible for preparing the annual statutory filings with the authorities in a timely manner
- Liaise with clients, SSM & other relevant authorities
- Mature, independent, self-motivated, responsible and with a good working attitude
- A team player with good communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Salary would be commensurate with qualification and experience
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written
