Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with HR, L&D, and department heads to offer tailored team building and engagement solutions.
- Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, consultation, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Understand HRD Corp claims and educate clients on how to benefit from government funding.
- Build strong, lasting client relationships and manage renewals or upselling opportunities.
- Report sales activity weekly and work towards monthly targets.
- Attend meetings, company visits, and events as needed (travel required).
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably in training, events, HR services, or employee engagement.
- Proven ability to sell solutions to corporate clients (especially HR, L&D, and senior managers).
- Must own a laptop and have own transport (client meetings & events across Klang Valley and occasionally beyond).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a bonus.
- Comfortable with outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, in-person) and working with CRM tools.
- Knowledge of HRD Corp (formerly HRDF) programs is an added advantage.
- Highly independent, target-driven, and proactive in client engagement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
