Your Role in Our Mission
As a Conversion & Retention Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize lead-to-customer conversion rates and extend customer lifetime value. This role combines data-driven decision-making, creative campaign planning, and close collaboration with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure every stage of the customer journey is optimized for engagement and retention.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Conversion Strategy & Execution
Define and execute strategies to move leads through the funnel—from awareness and trial to active customers.
Develop and execute targeted strategies to convert high-quality leads into paying customers.
Support Sales Executives with data insights, tailored offers, and winning conversion tactics.
Collaborate with Sales Executives to close high-value opportunities and improve first-time deposit (FTD) rates.
Customer Retention & Loyalty
Design and implement programs to retain customers and strengthen long-term relationships.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue per client.
Monitor churn signals and deploy proactive win-back initiatives.
Leverage Data for Revenue Growth
Analyze conversion, retention, and sales metrics to inform decision-making.
Use CRM and analytics tools to track performance and refine strategies.
Prepare regular reports for leadership with insights and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate Across Functions
Work with Marketing to ensure seamless lead handover and messaging consistency.
Partner with Product and Support teams to address customer pain points that impact sales.
Share best practices and provide training to sales teams on conversion and retention tactics.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years in customer lifecycle, retention, CRM, or growth marketing roles (fintech, FX & CFDs, SaaS, or e-commerce preferred).
Proven track record of improving conversion and retention metrics.
Expertise in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and marketing automation tools.
Proficiency with analytics and data visualisation tools.
Your X-Factor
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
Passion for understanding customer behaviour and creating experiences that inspire loyalty.
Ability to combine creativity with data to drive measurable impact.
