As a Retention Agent, you’ll be part detective, part problem-solver, and part cheerleader, helping us retain clients with empathy, product knowledge, and persuasive communication. Whether you’re resolving concerns or upselling smartly, you’ll be keeping our customers engaged and invested in their journey with us.
About the Role
We’re looking for a client-focused, confident communicator who’s great with people and thrives on outcomes. In this role, you’ll manage customer relationships end-to-end, from identifying issues to providing solutions, negotiating retentions, and recommending additional services that meet real client needs.
Note: At Blueberry, moving with purpose means showing up, connecting, and building momentum together. This role is based onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Monday to Friday, where the real magic happens.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Proactively reach out to existing clients to resolve issues and reduce churn
- Build rapport and trust by listening actively and communicating clearly
- Customise offers, solutions, or incentives to suit client concerns
- Use persuasive techniques to retain customers considering cancellation or downgrade
- Promote the benefits of Blueberry’s trading platform with confidence
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities when relevant to the customer’s needs
- Log all interactions and updates in our CRM system
- Share customer feedback with relevant teams to support product and service improvements
- Meet individual and team retention targets
- Uphold data privacy and compliance in all interactions
Who We’re Hoping to Find
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a retention-related role
- Skilled in negotiation and objection handling
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Positive, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
- Organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Motivated by service excellence and personal KPIs
Bonus Points For
- Experience in Financial Services, Trading, or Banking
- Knowledge of forex, CFD trading, and financial markets

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
