JOB DESCRIPTIONS
· Customer Engagement: Engage with customers via online chat, providing prompt and professional responses while fostering trust and maintaining positive relationships through clear and engaging communication.
· Customer Analysis: Evaluate and address customer needs, offering tailored solutions and recommendations.
· Sales Identification: Identify potential sales opportunities and drive sales by recommending appropriate products or services.
· Information Accuracy: Ensure the provision of accurate and comprehensive information by staying updated on products, company policies, and compliance standards.
· Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints promptly, propose solutions, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Feedback Capture: Capture and record customer feedback and insights, documenting inquiries and the actions taken to improve products and services.
· Flexibility and Teamwork: Adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively with team members to meet business objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Malay, both written and spoken.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with strong common sense and self-motivation.
- Teamwork: Excellent team player who excels in a communicative, feedback-driven environment.
- Minimum educational qualification: SPM or higher.
Schedule: 10am – 7pm, 5 working days per week on a rotating schedule
(2 rest days per week)
Office location: Near Sunway Velocity Mall
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
