Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation using Glodon modeling software.
- Draft and respond to major business correspondence, including communication and negotiation related to claims.
- Interpret and brief project teams on contract terms to ensure clear understanding and compliance.
- Support cost control measures and budget preparation for ongoing projects.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with strong knowledge of project budgeting and cost control.
- Aged 35 years and below.
- Proficient in Malaysia TRB & TAS and Bill of Quantities valuation rules; experience in a QS consultancy firm is an advantage.
- Well-versed in PAM Contract Conditions and capable of providing clear briefings to project personnel.
- Experience in working with Chinese-funded companies is preferred; able to adapt to their management style.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM6,800.00 per month
