Job Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers via Whatsapp, online platforms, phone calls, etc.
- Follow up with leads and close sales. Collect customers’ information, register orders and assist customers to complete the order submission.
- Maintain customer records and respond to enquiries promptly
- Coordinate with team and HQ for customers’ orders and to resolve any issues that may raise.
- Provide excellent customer service to build trust and relationships
- Create daily and weekly content for various social media platforms. Skills in using Canva and CapCut is a plus.
- Craft engaging product captions, short videos and promotional materials
- Help schedule and monitor content performance
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
Skills/Competencies
- Coachable
- Passion for sales, marketing and digital content
- Good communication skills (Bahasa Melayu & English)
- Friendly, responsible, proactive
- Familiar with Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Basic Canva / CapCut knowledge is an advantage.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 20 weeks
Pay: RM600.00 per month
