Job Description
✅ISO
· Receive, review, update, file, circulate, and distribute all relevant documents and drawings submitted by Customers, Vendors, Suppliers, and other external parties in a timely manner.
· Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation in line with ISO requirement.
· Track and control the progress of final documentation for proper handover to Production or Operations.
· Maintain and coordinate internal audit schedules to ensure alignment with IMS and regulatory requirements.
· Implement document control procedures to enable easy retrieval, revision, and disposal of documents.
· Manage the controlled document repository (physical and electronic) to assure proper version control and retention
✅ESG
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand ESG goals and initiatives set by the organization.
· Assist in the development and execution of strategies to integrate sustainability practices into daily operations.
· Track progress towards sustainability targets, gather relevant data, and prepare reports for executive review.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ESG to provide informed recommendations.
· Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the company's ESG goals.
· Communicate progress and highlight any gaps or opportunities for improvement in ESG practices.
Other Responsibilities:
✅ High-Level Meeting Support:
- Take accurate and comprehensive minutes during meetings.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate schedules and meeting logistics.
- Distribute meeting minutes promptly.
✅ Business Operations Support:
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
- Act as a liaison to enable smooth communication between departments and stakeholders.
✅ Business Marketing and Social Media Support:
- Assist in developing and executing business marketing and social media strategies.
- Coordinate social media content, scheduling, and engagement.
- Prepare reports on social media performance and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Communications or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience supporting executives or senior management in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional certifications in project management or administrative support are a plus.
- Has experience and proficient shorthand skills gained through previous work in the corporate sector
- Proven expertise in managing ISO implementation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail in minute-taking.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in document control or quality management systems.
- Strong understanding of ISO requirement.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in document control systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
