Assist in the preparing ingredients, cooking, and plating dishes under supervision.
Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards set by the Sous Chef.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hot kitchen station at all times.
Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are strictly followed (HACCP standards).
Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries properly.
Support the team during busy service periods.
Learn and develop skills to progress within the kitchen team.
