- At least 10-15 years experience in similar capacity in fine dining Western food
- Experience in other cuisines welcome too
- Creative thinking and fine food presentation
- Maintain food hygiene standards
- Able to create promotions and understand food costs is an added advantage
- Able to create dish(s) is an added advantage
