CALL CENTRE AGENT
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide first call resolution in an effective and timely manner.
- To handle customer inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
- To promote our products and services to prospective clients through phone call, email and any other related medias.
- Able to work both independently and in a team by supporting team members in the absence on customer follow up
- Customer oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with one (1) year of working experience in Customer Service/ Call Centre.
- Willing to work in a 24 x 7 shift work (including weekends and public holidays) (Shift hour: 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, 11pm - 7am)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Diploma and Above)
- Have excellent communication in English and Malay (prefer Mandarin speaker)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
