What you need to do:
- Manage and attend customer's call, understand the customer needs and provide solutions to customer (General inquiries telco such as prepaid, postpaid, billing and etc)
- Maintain excellent telephone etiquette by being professional, confident, and patient
- Work in team to achieve the required KPI element and SLA.
Requirements:
- SPM and above, preferred with working experience in Customer Service industry
- Good communication skills (English and Malay is essential) - Mandarin speaker is added advantages
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply (Training Provided)
- Able to start work immediately
- Willing to travel and work on rotational shift.
Operation Hour:
Morning
- 8:00am-5:00pm
- 9:00am-6:00pm
Evening
- 1:00pm-10:00pm
- 3:00pm-12:00am
Salary & Allowances:
- Basic salary: RM2,150.00 (Fixed)
- KPI allowance: Maximum RM1000.00 (performance based)
- Shift allowance (depends on working shift)
- OT allowance (If applicable)
