Working days: Wed - Sun (8-10 hours/day)
Main responsibilities include:
- Serve gelato to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and present our signature cones and waffles
- Participate in barista training and apply learned skills in daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the café
- Provide kitchen support when required
- Oversee daily café operations in collaboration with the team, ensuring alignment with company standards and SOPs
- Foster a positive work culture through constructive communication, teamwork, and mutual respect
- Train and mentor new service staff, equipping them with essential knowledge and encouraging high performance
- Support or lead off-site events such as weddings and live-serving engagements as needed
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizens only
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in the food & beverage industry preferred
- Willingness to work on public holidays
- Training provided, including food safety and typhoid vaccination
