Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for APAC Trust & Safety operations, ensuring alignment with global objectives and organizational vision.
- Design and lead complex, scalable operational frameworks that drive efficiency, resilience, and measurable impact across diverse APAC markets and multiple layers of management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee operational performance through rigorous analysis of KPIs and data-driven insights, ensuring delivery of key business outcomes.
- Own end-to-end strategic vendor management across multiple countries, ensuring accountability for performance, strict compliance with regulatory and internal standards, and consistent delivery of high-quality services through long-term partnership development.
- Proactively identify and address systemic operational challenges and vendor-related risks through cross-functional collaboration and structured problem-solving.
- Act as a senior liaison with policy, legal, and product teams to ensure Trust & Safety operations are deeply integrated with broader platform safety initiatives.
- Champion and drive enterprise-level transformation and change management programs that elevate the maturity and scalability of Trust & Safety operations.
