Position : RECEPTIONIST
Report To : HR MANAGER

Duties & Responsibilities:-
1. Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
2. Provide customer service support, with a smile to all prospective clients.
3. Attending to courier runners, interviewees, suppliers, and office guests
4. In-charge for all out-going and in-coming courier services / daily mails.
5. Tidy and maintain the reception area.
6. Assist office administration and maintenance
7. Undertake ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the immediate superior
