Job Description
- Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to attract new and returning customers.
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) to showcase menu items, promotions, and customer experiences.
- Create engaging content (photos, videos, stories, and blogs) to build an authentic online presence.
- Design and distribute promotional materials such as posters, flyers, newsletters, and digital ads.
- Coordinate in-store promotions, seasonal offers, and special events.
- Collaborate with local businesses, influencers, and community groups to build partnerships.
- Track marketing performance metrics (engagement, footfall, sales uplift) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive opportunities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in marketing, F&B, hospitality, or retail (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of social media trends and content creation.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Basic graphic design, photography, or video editing skills are a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about food, coffee, and customer engagement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
