Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Surveying sites and data collection (site inventory and analysis).
2. Effectively uncover client’s needs and provide compelling solutions.
3. Preparing quotations for Landscape design for services and preparing estimated costs to present to the clients on cost development.
4. Prepare base plans with all relevant information.
5. Prepare site plans and graphic representations of plans using design software.
6. Creating rough drawings and more sophisticated plans with computer design (Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, and Microsoft Office Suite)
7. Creating Plans, designs, and detailed drawings using computer-aided design programs for any development of projects (Commercial, housing, Institutions, Landscape Master Plan, etc).
8. Produce 3d renderings of construction details by computer as required.
9. Write proposals and present them to clients.
10. Preparing As-Built drawings and shop drawings to comply with the current situation on-site or clients' needs.
11. Prepare and update the company profile every year and make sure company profiles are up to date.
12. Prepare Quotation and Documentation.
13. Approved by Majlis.

Working Experiences:
1. Min 2 years and above of industry and related design experience.
Academic:
1. Bachelors in Landscape Architecture or related field.
Applicable Skill & Knowledge:
1. Strong understanding of written and communication skills for verbal specifications.
2. Critical Thinking in design and good creative flair and imagination on landscape design.
3. Fluent in computer Aided design (Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, and Microsoft Office Suite)
4. Ability to present an effective design proposal, (Verbally and in writing)
5. Excellent knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, equipment and techniques.
6. Effective and ability to respond well to feedback.
7. Demonstrates effective time management skills.
8. Knowledge of the principles and practices of landscape architecture/design.
9. Knowledge of methods of data collection.
10. Knowledge of the instruments, tools, symbols, and nomenclature used in landscape architectural drawings and specifications.
11. Knowledge of ecological principles, surveying methods and equipment, inspection techniques and procedures, and developmental activities under regulation of applicable laws.
12. Ability to analyze private development plans for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with laws.
13. Ability to make accurate drawings to scale from sketches, design drawings, and verbal instructions.
14. Ability to prepare complete plans, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
15. Knowledge of costs and uses of construction materials in landscape design.
