Job Description:
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Cafe Trainee who is eager to learn the basics of coffee-making and customer service. This is a great opportunity if you’re new to the cafe industry and want hands-on experience in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist baristas and team members in daily operations
- Learn to prepare basic beverages and assist in food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- Stock supplies and help with inventory checks
- Provide basic customer service, such as taking orders and helping with customer queries
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Experience: No prior experience needed; training will be provided
- Skills: Willingness to learn, good communication, and a positive attitude
- Personality: Friendly, cooperative, and a team player
- Physical Requirement: Ability to stand for long periods and carry light loads
