Job Description:
1. Business Development
- Assist in developing and executing business growth strategies, including expansion, partnerships, and franchising.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, term sheets, and business reports for management and investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, landlords, vendors, and clients.
- Support negotiations on business deals, tenancy agreements, and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, legal) to ensure successful execution of projects.
- Track and monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
- Prepare regular updates and performance reports for management.
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and networking sessions to promote business opportunities.
2. Investor Relation
- Prepare and distribute investor-related materials ( Update monthly P&L report ).
- Act as the key contact point for investor inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Support management in preparing speeches, press statements, and Q&A sessions for investor meetings by quarter month.
- Organize investor briefings, site visits, and engagement sessions.
3. Compliance (Manage team)
- Monitor and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, licensing, and industry standards.
- Keep management updated on new or changing regulations that affect the company.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports as required.
4. Project ( Manage team )
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage and coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures when needed.
5. Maintanence ( Manage Team )
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers for specialized repairs and services.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor service-level agreements.
6. Operation ( Manage Team )
- Oversee day-to-day operations of outlets to ensure efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement operational SOPs, workflows, and best practices to maintain consistency.
- Monitor sales, productivity, and operational KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Ensure equipment, facilities, and utilities are functioning properly
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Business Management, Business Development, or Business Administration.
- Demonstrate creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective strategies through delegation, prioritization, and execution of business growth initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- A client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Strong time management skills.
- Must be flexible and able to travel or relocate across all Samurai Yakiniku branches when needed.
