ADMIN CUM CUSTOMER SERVICE
Salary : RM2,000 to RM2,500
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri : 9am to 5pm, Sat : 9am to 1pm
- Working days : 5.5 Working days
- Location : Johor Bahru
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with departments to collect and ensure all documents are properly filed and stored
- Ensure customer’s record is properly keyed in into our system
- Customer service and reception duties
- Support centre in daily operation as required
- Photo taking for check out parents and coordinating with parents on the choosing of photo
- Generate report and/or data preparation as required by Head of Department
- Communicate and coordinate efficiently with internal departments
- Handling other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Head of Department (i.e.: scanning, filling, archiving raw data, patient record keeping and other ad hoc tasks)
- Attend road shows and assist in marketing activities as and when required
Requirements :
- Min Diploma in Business Management, Marketing and relating field
- 1 to 2 years’ experience preferably in the Healthcare industry
- Strong in written English and BM
- A team player, initiative and positive attitude
- Microsoft Excel, words and power point skills required
