Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new client base and maintain relationships to expand market share
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and formulate sales strategies
- Represent company at trade exhibitions and networking events
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and negotiate contract terms
- Manage entire sales cycle to ensure successful deal closure
- Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies
- Submit progress reports and provide insights to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field (fresh graduates may apply for junior role)
- Minimum 2 years BD/sales experience
- Professional fluency in Cantonese, English & Mandarin (must include business proposal writing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) & CRM systems
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Commercially astute with strong business acumen
- Willing to travel (local/SEA regions)
