JOB DESCRIPTION:
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- To conduct market research and to identify business opportunities.
- Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
- Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
- Establishing customer needs and selling products/solutions accordingly.
- Work from a define list of prospects to sign long-term partners for the car park business.
- To ensure that the business survey is performing in conformity to the project's requirement and to adhere to the department's required standard.
- Presenting Company to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development or related fields; preferable for corporate sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and additional advantage to Mandarin speaker.
- Must be hardworking, self-motivated, and independent and enjoy socializing with people.
- Possess own transportation.
- Willing to travel and meet with potential clients/landlords.
- Location: Central (Petaling Jaya), Northern (Island) and East (Sabah & Labuan)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
