Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic Business Development & Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role combines strategic marketing efforts with active sales initiatives to drive revenue, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering impactful marketing and sales outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily outbound sales activities (cold calls, emails, walk-ins, reactivating old leads) to generate new business.
- Qualify leads, provide tailored solutions, and close sales for aesthetic/wellness services.
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, email newsletters) under the Manager’s guidance.
- Support offline promotions (e.g., events, partnerships) to increase brand visibility.
- Maintain relationships with clients, influencers, and corporate partners to drive referrals.
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth client onboarding and post-treatment follow-ups.
- Gather and report market/competitor data to refine sales strategies.
- Assist in organizing webinars/presentations (e.g., logistics, registrations).
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks (e.g., sales reports).

Qualitative Requirements:
- Graduates / Bachelor / Degree holder
- Age Range between 25-38, female preferred
- Added Advantage if Candidate have Bachelor in Biology or Chemistry or Food Science or Nutrition
- Possess own transport and/or willing to travel
- Sales orientated
- Social media viability
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
