Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with local and international clients to deeply understand their needs, providing tailored solutions that drive mutual success.
- Product Development Collaboration: Work alongside customers to develop compelling product concepts, identifying unique selling points and differentiators that set us apart in the market.
- Technical Support Management: Serve as the go-to resource for customer inquiries regarding product technical specifications and quality concerns, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction.
- Market Expansion Strategy: Identify and seize new business opportunities in international markets, implementing strategic plans that propel sales growth and enhance our competitive edge.
- Market Insights Analysis: Conduct thorough market trend analyses and competitive landscape assessments, providing actionable insights to management that inform strategic decision-making.
- Co-Branding Coordination: Facilitate co-branding initiatives between customers and suppliers, fostering collaborative partnerships that enhance brand visibility and impact.
- Industry Engagement: Participate in nutraceutical industry events to stay ahead of trends, gathering insights that enhance our offerings and improve daily performance.
- Compelling Presentations: Craft and deliver engaging presentations and proposals that resonate with potential customers, showcasing the value of our products and services.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with the Product Development team to align customer needs with innovative ingredient sourcing and product creation, driving our portfolio forward.
- Flexible Support: Embrace any relevant ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating a proactive and adaptable approach to business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Food Science/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Science stream or a related field.
- Candidate with strong understanding of international market practices is an added advantage and willing to travel both domestically and overseas as required.
- 2- 3 years of working experience in supplement/ nutritional related field.
- Computer skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills, as well as able to work independently with a minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
