Position Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting client acquisition efforts. You will work closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs while contributing to the company’s long-term strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for prospective clients and investors.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with technical and product teams to align business opportunities with AR MECHATRONICS PLT's product offerings (e.g., myREDS, GeoTrees, AI modules).
Represent the company at meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support in grant applications, government engagement, and partnership programs.
Monitor KPIs and prepare periodic sales reports for management.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships (Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of technology solutions, SaaS, or AI-based platforms is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and basic business tools.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
