Time Planet Sdn Bhd is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns that grow Time Planet’s DTC (direct-to-consumer) revenue and brand presence in Malaysia and beyond.
This role requires a seasoned marketing leader with proven experience in consumer products, fashion accessories, or timepieces, a deep understanding of digital trends, and a passion for building brands that resonate with modern consumers. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, creative, and analytical—with a strong grasp of TikTok, social media trends, e-commerce, and community-based marketing.
We are a fast-moving company in the watch industry, operating across online and offline retail channels, with a particular focus on TikTok Shop, livestreaming, and digital storytelling. This is a startup-like environment, so a multi-disciplinary mindset and the ability to execute under pressure are essential. We value speed, execution, and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies to grow Time Planet’s reach, traffic, and sales across TikTok, Shopee, website, Instagram, and beyond.
- Brand Positioning: Build and strengthen the Bilano Polo Collection and other in-house brands as go-to choices for stylish, high-quality timepieces in the Malaysian market.
- Digital and Social Media: Lead TikTok-first marketing initiatives, including viral content planning, livestream strategies, influencer collaborations, and performance campaigns.
2. Budget and Performance:
- Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget to maximise ROI, customer acquisition, and brand growth through paid and organic channels.
- Data-Driven Results: Leverage analytics tools (TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Shop backend, etc.) to optimise campaign performance and drive conversions and revenue goals.
3. Team Management and Execution:
- Leadership: Build and mentor a growing marketing team consisting of content creators, livestream hosts, and media buyers, encouraging a culture of speed, creativity, and accountability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, sales, and inventory teams to ensure marketing activities align with product availability and launch cycles.
4. Content, Community, and Partnerships:
- Content Creation: Develop high-converting video scripts, livestream concepts, and social content in collaboration with internal creators and videographers.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture a loyal customer base via TikTok lives, customer stories, and UGC (user-generated content).
- Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Identify and engage micro-influencers and TikTok affiliates to promote the brand authentically and at scale.
- Event & Campaign Planning: Plan brand activations during peak shopping periods (11.11, Raya, etc.), pop-up events, or watch exhibitions to enhance brand presence offline.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
