- Provide assistance in handling administrative requests and queries from clients and consultants.
- Support in the preparation of business proposals for clients.
- Promote and acquire new clients through various channels.
- Collaborate with operations team on business deals and activities.
- Assists in website administration, social media content updates, and other communications materials.
- Organize events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Ensure the execution of marketing plans according to project timelines.
- Coordinate internal resources, third party vendors, and stakeholders to ensure flawless project execution.
- Support the building and coordination of learning and development program activities, as well as other relevant events.
- Helps maintain a proper and efficient documentation and filing system, both online and offline.
- Assists in various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing proposals, presentations, reports, briefings, and correspondence. This includes writing minutes for internal and external meetings.
- Break down projects into manageable tasks and set realistic timeframes and goals.
- Assist in program data and information management.
- Support non-profit and community-driven initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
