Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to attract potential clients and partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop compelling value propositions.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote the company’s services.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Digital-savvy with experience in using CRM tools, social media platforms, and online marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
