Business Analyst (ERP)

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

• Provide support for IT, ERP and e-commerce systems, addressing user inquiries and technical issues promptly.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements or integrations.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide training to internal staff, ensuring they are equipped to utilize ERP and e-commerce platforms effectively.
• Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for system updates, patches, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP and e-commerce systems.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and other IT projects as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Candidates with experience in IT support, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
• Familiarity with web technologies and integration tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

6. Willing to work at the HQ located in Puchong (3 mins to One City, USJ).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
