JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
- Provide support for IT, ERP and e-commerce systems, addressing user inquiries and technical issues promptly.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements or integrations.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide IT & ERP related training to internal staff.
- Coordinate with external vendors or service providers.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP and e-commerce systems.
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and other IT projects as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Candidates with experience in IT support, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with web technologies and integration tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work at the HQ located in Puchong (3 mins to One City, USJ).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
