Job Summary:
The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of the physical infrastructure of a building, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), and other building systems. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues promptly, performing routine inspections, and ensuring that the building is safe, secure, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Perform routine inspections and general repairs of the building
- 2. Handle minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
- 3. Carry out basic carpentry, painting, and repair works.
- 4. Ensure cleanliness and safety of common areas and facilities
- 5. Respond to maintenance requests and report major issues to management
- 6. Keep simple records of maintenance activities

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
