We are a growing primary school for neurodivergent learners and looking for a Principal / Branch Manager to lead with purpose and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Provide strong, values-aligned leadership across the academic, operational, and therapeutic dimensions of the school.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and affirming environment for students with diverse learning needs (including Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, and more).
- Supervise and guide a multidisciplinary team of teachers, therapists, and support staff.
- Build meaningful partnerships with families and the wider community.
- Drive continuous improvement in curriculum implementation, student progress, and team development.
Qualifications
- Has leadership experience in special education, inclusive schools, or allied fields.
- Has strong team-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Is comfortable working in evolving, creative environments where policies grow alongside people
Added Advantage
- Familiarity with AAC, sensory-informed practices, trauma-aware approaches and neurodiversity-affirming practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
