Job Description
- To assist the Building Manager in supervising the day to day operation of the building in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the Building Manager.
- To attend Residents/Owners' complaints and to answer all enquiries professionally and tactfully.
- To supervise all service providers in the unkeep, maintenance and security of the building.
- To supervise all Property Management Office staff employed in the building.
- To assist the Building Manager in the maintenance and management of the building.
- To supervise out-source service providers such as Cleaners and Security.
- To carry out basic maintenance works within the building.
- To assist the Building Manager in value enhancement projects of the building.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good experience in drafting Minutes of Meetings.
- Experience in liaise with JMB or MC.
- Good working experience in Property Management and building facilities management.
- Good writing skills in English and Malay.
- Independent, self motivated and result oriented person.
- Candidate be able to speak in Mandarin will be added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
