Working Location: Work from home but will need to travel to management units located across Klang Valley as and when needed
Income: RM2,200 to RM2,500
Additional incentives: Up to RM500 per month depending on number of cases available
Job Description:
1) Calculate, record and follow up with tenants on rental and utility charges payment
2) Attend to tenants' requests and complains
3) Liaise and arrange with contractors/ service providers for repair & maintenance works
4) Preparation and compilation of relevant documents related to tenancy
5) Posting of advertisements for vacant property listings
6) Attend to contractors/ service providers appointments at properties
7) Compilation of reports for rental collection and maintenance works
Job Requirements:
1) Holder of Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or customer service related fields
2) Good communication skills preferred
3) Good command of written and spoken English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage)
4) Basic operation knowledge on Microsoft Words, Excel & Powerpoint is needed
5) Applicants must be willing to travel and has own transport
6) Applicants must own private laptop
7) Able to work independently with minimal supervision
