- To work closely with the JMB/MC to achieve the objective of enhancing and sustaining the building's image and brand as prestigious high-end building.
- To plan, coordinate, implement and complete all activities involved in the management and maintenance of the common property on schedule and within the prescribed budget.
- To prepare, execute and complete planned prevention maintenance programmes for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing services.
- To carry out supervision and evaluation of the works done by building service provider, contractor and supplier.
- To attend residents' complaint and answering all enquiries professionally and tactfully.
- To manage and coordinate procurement processes for maintenance and management of the common property.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,800.00 per month
