Job Description
- To provide detailed layout plans, shop drawings, sections and fabrication drawings accurately and effectively.
- To make 3D drawings using either AutoCad or Inventor for an accurate fabrication drawings.
- To coordinate with team leaders and designers to acquire important and accurate information for fabrication drawings.
- To prepare designs, layout plans and materials for presentation.
- Able to deliver shop drawings and production/fabrication drawings in an efficient and timely manner.
Qualifications/ Job Requirements:-
- Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Architecture/ Civil Engineering or Certificate in Building Information Modelling (BIM) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate with degree holder are encouraged to apply.
- With 1 or 2 year(s) of working experience in construction field will be an advantage.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (In order to liaise with Mandarin speaking Clients)
- Required Skill(s): Facade Technical Knowledge, Computer and Software, AUTOCAD, Computer Peripheral Knowledge.
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Engineering- Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- 3D Visualisation (Revit) will be added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
