Designation: BIM Coordinator
Salary: RM3,800 - RM6,000
Location: Wangsa Maju
Working Days: 5.5days
Public Holiday: Follow Singapore
Job Description:
- Preparing combine services drawings and detail drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT;
- Preparing for BIM drawing submission to consultants for on-going projects;
- Coordinating with site personnel and subcontractors regarding update on drawing and clash detection;
- To participate in BIM Coordination Meetings and assist the BIM Coordinator in any related activities;
- Modelling for project tender drawing for construction sequence;
- Preparing BIM Proposal and Technical Proposal based on project tender requirements;
- Assist in participation of annual BIM awards;
- Any other tasks assigned by Managers.
Requirement
- Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in construction industry (contractor firm preferred) as a BIM Modeller / Coordinator
- Formally trained in BIM or equivalent modelling training certification
- Proficient in BIM/ Revit (Architectural/ Structural and Reinforcement/ MEP) modelling and Navisworks
- Able to work as a team and independently with minimum guidance
- Able to start work in short period
