Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling, room escort, and orientation.
- Deliver guest items promptly, including packages, amenities, and messages.
- Provide directions, information about hotel services, and local recommendations.
- Maintain a presentable and organized lobby and entrance area.
- Assist with valet services, if applicable, and manage guest transportation requests.
- Support guest service needs and uphold hotel security and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Able to carry heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic English proficiency; additional languages an advantage.
- Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not mandatory.
