Job Description:
- Issue the Preliminary reports and control Productivity, Hours worked at capita, Rate of remaining goods, and Production loss management
- Create Inventory list at month end and maintain own team's Work Schedule Record system data accurately
- Prepare and complete process of bread production
- Make effort to keep good quality of product at every production step
- Ensure that kitchen and bakery equipment to be clean all the time
- Provide good support to Sales staff for smooth store operation
Job Requirements:
- Experience as baker for minimum 2 years
- Strong in computing numbers (need to calculate ingredient ratio as per total production plan)
- Preferred Chinese race
- Skill to use Excel, Word
- Language: Chinese, English, Malay

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
