Responsibilities :
Baking Duties
- Assist in preparing doughs, batters, and other baking components
- Support the execution of baked goods (buns, pastries, savoury breads)
- Ensure consistency and quality in all bakery items
- Monitor oven and equipment usage with care
Hot Kitchen Support
- Assist chefs in preparing components for new hot food items (e.g. sauces, proteins, side dishes)
- Follow standard recipes and portioning under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and order in kitchen workstation
- Handle food safely and hygienically at all times
Kitchen Maintenance
- Perform daily cleaning of equipment and tools
- Ensure proper food storage and labeling
- Support inventory control and stock rotation
