Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Baker at Kafe Pak Cik Gemuk. The Baker will be responsible for daily tasks such as bakery operations, baking a variety of products including cookies and bread, and ensuring food preparation meets quality standards.

- Knowledge of ingredient measurements and mixing techniques
- Excellent time management skills
- Physical stamina for long hours in a bakery environment
- Formal culinary education or certification is a plus

Job Responsibility
- Mix ingredients according to recipes to make breads, cake, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Preparations of bread, pastries and other items according to formula and scheduled standards.
- Operating baking machineries and implements.
- Check the quality of baking ingredients and prepare equipment for baking
- Following production schedule and set quota for the number of goods to be produced on daily basis
- Compliance Company standard operation procedure, food safety standards and Halal
- Support in the decoration and assembly of cakes
- Unpack stocks upon receiving into the shop.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Maintain the premises of baking area in a neat and hygienic manner.
- Maintain and sanitize baking utensils, tools, implements and machinery.
- Perform general cleaning duties to ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to work well together.
- Ad Hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least SPM
- Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good working attitude with related courses or working experience.
- Salary packages are determined by applicable work experience and qualifications
- Malaysian Only
- Possess own transport
- Start work 7.00am 6 days/weeks.
- Require on duty Sat/Sun/holiday.
- Candidates with no working experience and fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position. Training will be provided.
