Responsibilities
As a Senior Manual Tester, you will:
Lead a team of quality engineers across multi-disciplinary planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality throughout the application lifecycle.
Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies aligned with business and functional requirements using quality processes and methodologies.
Apply subject matter expertise to guide team decisions, resolve issues, and ensure effective collaboration across multiple teams.
Design and execute manual test cases and scenarios, particularly for Point-of-Sale (POS) and Physical Payment Systems.
Create and maintain test suites to ensure comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
Drive Agile testing practices including test execution and management.
Utilize testing metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Foster a collaborative environment to share insights and best practices.
Mentor and guide team members, supporting both technical and professional growth.
Engage with stakeholders to align on quality expectations, deliverables, and business goals.
Required Skills & Expertise
Expert proficiency in Manual Testing across diverse systems.
Advanced knowledge in:
Point of Sale (POS) Systems.
Agile Testing, Test Execution, and Test Management.
Recommended expertise in Fuels Retail Payments & Cards.
Hands-on experience in:
Manual testing of POS systems and physical payment systems.
Designing and executing test scripts, cases, and scenarios.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
