We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with experience in recruitment operations and internal reporting to authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Liaise with hiring managers and consultants to ensure recruitment processes are efficient and aligned with company policies.
Prepare and submit required reports to relevant authorities in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with Employment Act 1955, Private Employment Agency Act 1981, and other applicable regulations.
Keep updated with changes in employment laws and government reporting requirements.
Assist in drafting and updating recruitment-related SOPs and compliance checklists.
Support internal audits and documentation for regulatory purposes.
Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements:

Possess Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year working in HR, recruitment operations, or employment agency, with exposure to compliance and reporting functions.
Familiarity with local labour laws, statutory reporting requirements, and recruitment operations workflow.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
