JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Assist Sales Department to achieve sales target set by the management.
- Ensure sales team coordination work from customer order, price quotations, liaison with customers on pre-production requirement and provide all necessary information to ensure goods are produced to customers' specification and on time delivery.
- Assist in identifying potential market for business development and penetration.
- Handle credit assessment and recommendation on new and existing customers and ensure it is compliance to credit control guidelines.
- Attend to customers' complaints and verification of defective products of which include liaison with relevant department.
- Communicate with customer pertaining to complaints contents and complete relevant complaint form and forward to relevant department(s) for investigation.
- Ensure customers' payments are on time.
- Carry out appropriate action to reduce exposure to bad debts.
- Ensure the effectiveness in implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and Occupational Safety and Health Procedures within the department.
- Must attribute teamwork within the department and cooperate with other departments as well.
- Other job assignment requested by superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Business Management is prerequisite.
- Proven experience in sales will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001 will be added advantage.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, initiative, excellent teamwork and hardworking.
