We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised HR & Accounts Associate to support our recruitment and administrative functions. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are keen to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment support, and internal coordination within the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g., job portals, social media, and referrals).
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support the entry and maintenance of new job information in the ATS and ensure the job tracking spreadsheet is accurately updated.
- Assist with job postings on various platforms and ensure they are updated regularly.
- Support administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, including preparation of offer letters and documentation.
- Ensure timely collection and proper filing of all required employment documentation in line with PDPA and MOM guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly consultant commission reports.
- Draft and circulate internal newsletters, announcements, and HR updates.
- Support the development of internal communication materials, such as policy highlights or team news.
- Assist in preparing social media content for the company’s social media platforms.
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by superiors, including data entry, report generation, document preparation, and general office support.
- Carry out other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of recruitment workflows or HR support is preferred.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with ATS or Canva is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a proactive learning attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking remote environment.
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to MYR 2,000 + Incentive + VB
- Working Days: 5 Days, Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Work Arrangement: Remote
