Job Description & Job Details
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,200
Working Days: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Standby Days: Saturday & Sunday (on standby)
Location: No 52, Jalan Negara, Taman Melawati, 53100 Kuala Lumpur
1) Manage and organize key sales and operational documents such as invoices, receipts, and delivery notes
2) Process and monitor payments received via cash, online transfer, and e-wallet, ensuring accurate data entry
3) Maintain well-organized filing systems — both physical and digital — to support document tracking and compliance
4) Prepare daily sales reports and work with the finance team to reconcile payments and financial records
5) Assist with various admin tasks, including tracking stock levels and managing internal staff documentation
6) Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams for smooth administrative operations
7) Ensure all documentation is current and aligns with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Preferred Qualifications
1) 1–2 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles
2) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
3) Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)
4) Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
5) Good communication skills to interact with vendors, customers, and team members
6) Familiar with basic finance or bookkeeping practices is a plus
7) Responsible, punctual, and highly dependable
