Are you a passionate and results-driven marketer with a flair for strategy, content, and campaign management? We’re looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help shape our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior management in planning and executing annual and quarterly marketing strategies.
- Manage daily tasks and project progress of the marketing team.
- Oversee cross-functional marketing collaboration (e.g., with Sales, Product, Design, Customer Support).
- Participate in digital marketing, event marketing, content creation, and social media projects.
- Analyze marketing data and provide optimization recommendations.
- Help establish standard operating procedures and performance evaluation mechanisms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience; experience in team leadership or project coordination is preferred.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics).
- Proficient in English and Malay; Chinese communication skills are a plus.
- Ability to independently design and produce marketing materials is a plus.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to integrate resources to achieve goals.
- Capable of content planning and presentation writing.
- Proactive and highly responsible.
