Assistant Manager Marketing & Promotion

Job Description:

1. Marketing

1. Manage, coordinate, and execute 360° marketing campaigns across ATL (Above the Line e.g. media (tv, radio), BTL (Below-the-line e.g in store execution – POSM), digital, and retail channels for Malaysia and Brunei.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sourcing and Business Admin to align marketing efforts.
3. Work closely with internal teams, creative agencies, and partners to ensure a timely and effective rollout of marketing plans.
4. Manage local store marketing – liaising with malls on timely implementation of in-store promotions.

2. Digital Marketing

1. Work closely with digital marketing agency to ensure timely and effective rollout of marketing initiatives for Malaysia and Brunei.
2. Famous Amos website – work closely with digital marketing agency on prompt updates of online exclusive promotions.
3. Stay current with digital trends and innovations to drive brand relevance and online engagement.

3. Creative Asset Development

1. Hands-on skills with Adobe Illustrator (AI) and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools to produce and support visuals development.

4. Supporting overall admin task related to marketing activities.

1. Monthly A&P expenses reporting.
2. Assist in documentation submission related to marketing activities.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. 4 -5 years of relevant experience in marketing or brand management or consumer brand marketing.
3. Must be proficient and hands-on with Adobe Illustrator (AI) and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
4. Proven experience in managing digital campaigns and social media platforms.
5. Has experience in Digital marketing & consumer brand marketing
6. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
7. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and creative flair.
8. Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
